Arman Rezakhani is 20 years old, IT engineering student, the second place in Khawrazmi Festival, elite in Iranian Mathematics Olympiad, discoverer of a new rule in Mathematics named Trigonometry and Squares of Rezakhani and young inventor in such areas as architecture, construction and educational assistance of Pickthall.
He is fluent in English, Italian, Russian & Ukrainian. One of his other successes is resolving one of Math open questions that is approved by university famous professors. He also has other activities in programming and IT and mathematics as well.
He was arrested as a protester in 19 November 2009 in Mirdamad street of Tehran and later interrogated and sent to Evin Prison in January 2010.
Arman Rezakhani is a student protester who has been held in various sections of Evin Prison, including sections 2A, 7 and intelligence unit 350, since September 2009.
Mr. Rezakhani has also spent some time in solitary confinement, and faced with false promises of freedom and safety for his family, was forced to submit a false confession.
Based on this forced confession, the initial trial held in branch 28 in April sentenced him to a two-year jail term for insulting the leadership, another one year for insulting the regime and a 100 USD monetary fine for insulting the president.
At the present time, Mr. Rezakhani’s physical condition is not satisfactory. He has lost a lot of weight, and like other prison inmates he is suffering from continuous dry coughs, which is indicative of a recurring illness, largely ignored by prison authorities.
During last winter and spring, following the interruption of heating, many inmates, including Mr. Rezakhani, suffered from the flu, and prison authorities did not show any effort in remedying the situation.

رضاخانی دانشجوی رشته مهندسی آیتی، برگزیدهی دوم جشنواره خوارزمی، نخبه ریاضیات ممتاز کشوری در المپیاد ریاضی، مکتشف قانونی در ریاضی به نام قانون مربعات و مثلثاث رضا خانی و مخترع جوان در زمینه هایی چون سازه های معماری و کمک آموزشی پیکتال است.
او به زبان های انگلیسی و ایتالیایی تسلط دارد و با زبان های روسی و اکراینی آشنا است. از دیگر موفقیت های رضاخانی حل یکی از مسائل اوپن ریاضیات است که مورد تایید اساتید دانشگاه های مطرح کشور قرار گرفته است. وی هم چنین فعالیت های دیگری در زمینه ی برنامه نویسی و آی تی و ریاضیات نیز دارد.
آرمان در تاریخ ۲۷ آذر ۱۳۸۸ در خیابان میرداماد تهران دستگیر شد و بعد از بازجویی در دی ماه ۸۸ به زندان اوین تحویل داده شد.
آرمان رضاخانی در حال حاضر از وضعیت جسمانی خوبی برخوردار نیست.
